Extent of processing of personal data
In principle, we process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. The processing of our users' personal data normally only takes place with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases in which prior consent is not possible for circumstantial reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law, or when we have a legitimate interest in the processing of the data.
Purposes of data processing
Transfer of your data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned will not take place. We only share your personal information with third parties if:
- you have given your express consent
- the processing of the data is required to complete a contract with you,
- the processing is legally required,
- the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your information
- the third party in question is a data editor, who has been contracted by us to comply with data protection and to ensure data security. Data editors are also contractually obliged by us to process your data only for the purposes of fulfilling the contract.
In connection with the involvement of service providers, it is possible that your data will be transmitted abroad, especially if a service provider hired by us has their headquarters abroad. Your data may also be forwarded to countries without adequate data protection, such as the United States. When concluding contracts (in particular when concluding standard EU contractual clauses) or when selecting a contract partner certified according to the Swiss US Privacy Shield, we ensure that the legal requirements are adhered to.
Deletion of data
We adhere to the principles of data minimisation and data economy. Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for by the various storage periods mandated by law. After discontinuation of the respective purpose or expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data are routinely anonymised or deleted in accordance with statutory provisions.
You may assert your right to the following things at any time via the contact details provided, subject to the limitations imposed by law (such as statutory retention requirements):
- Information about your data that we store and its processing,
- Correction of incorrect personal data,
- Deletion of your data that we store,
- Restriction of data processing, if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations,
- Objection to the processing of your data by us
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques (such as SSL) via HTTPS. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser's address bar changing from "http: //" to "https: //" and the lock icon in your browser bar. With SSL encryption, the data that you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Data collection on our website
The protection of your privacy is very important to us. The following measures will explain to you which personal data of yours we process when you visit our website or use our online services.
Contact form and e-mail contact
On our website a contact form is available, which can be used to make electronic contact. If a customer makes use of this option, the data entered in the input field is transmitted to us and stored. This data includes:
- First name
- Telephone number
Alternatively, there is the option of making contact via the provided e-mail address. In this case, the user's personal data as transmitted by e-mail will be stored. There is no disclosure of data to third parties in this context. The data is used exclusively for the processing of the conversation. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. This is the case both with personal data from the input field of the contact form and that sent by e-mail, when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation ends when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been conclusively clarified. The user has the option to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

What are cookies?
So-called cookies are used on our website. These are small files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit or use one of our websites. Cookies store certain settings via your browser and data on the exchange with the Internet site through your browser. When a cookie is activated, it is assigned an identification number (cookie ID) which identifies your browser and allows the information contained in the cookie to be used.
Most of the cookies we use are temporary session cookies that are automatically deleted from your computer or mobile device at the end of the browser session. In addition, we also use permanent cookies. These are stored on your computer or mobile device after the end of the browser session. Depending on the type of cookie, these permanent cookies are stored on your computer or mobile device for between one and ten years and are automatically deactivated after the programmed time has expired.
The cookies we use serve to enable various functions of our website. For example, cookies help store your country and language preferences and your shopping cart across different pages of an Internet session.
By using cookies, we can also record and analyse the usage behaviour of visitors to our web pages. This allows us to make our websites more user-friendly and effective, and to make your visit to our website as comfortable as possible. In addition, we can show you information tailored to your interests on the page.
What data is collected?
Cookies record such usage information as the date and time when our website was accessed, the name of the internet page visited, the IP address of your device and the operating system used. For example, cookies also provide information about which of our content pages you visit and from which website you came to our website.
Third Party Cookies
Deactivation of cookies
You can configure your browser setting according to your wishes, for example by declining the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent you from using all the features of this website.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LL.C., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). With these statistics we can improve our service and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor traffic conducted through a user ID. If you have a Google Account, you can turn off cross-device analysis of your usage in My Data, Personal Information, under the settings there.
The IP address provided by your browser when using Google Analytics will not be merged with other data provided by Google. Please note that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "_anonymizeIp ();" in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses. As a result, IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, so the identification of individuals can be ruled out. If data collected about you is assigned a personal reference, this will be immediately excluded, and the personal data will be deleted immediately.
Only in exceptional cases will a full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the US, Google has submitted itself to the SWISS-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
Use of Google Maps
On this website we use the services of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and allows you to conveniently use the maps feature.
Through your visit to the website Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data collected from your visit to our website is transmitted. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged into or not. If you are logged into Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or the personalised design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the formation of these user profiles, and you must direct yourself to Google to make this objection.
On our website you can subscribe to a free newsletter. When you sign up for the newsletter, the data from the input box (name, first name, e-mail address) will be sent to us. For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained during the registration process. For an effective registration we need a valid email address. In order to verify that an application is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the "Double-opt-in" procedure. For this purpose we record the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data is not collected, or if so only on a voluntary basis. Subscription to the newsletter may be terminated at any time by the user concerned. For this purpose, there is a corresponding opt-out link in each newsletter.
IntegralStiftung uses the Campaign Monitor tool provided by Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd. Campaign Monitor is a service through which, amongst other things, the dispatch of newsletters can be organised and analysed. When you enter data for the purposes of newsletter subscription (e.g., an email address), it will be stored on the Campaign Monitor servers in Australia.
By signing up for our newsletter you also agree to certain actions being analysed. This analysis will determine if the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients, but it is neither our intention nor that of Campaign Monitor to observe individual users. Rather, the evaluations serve to better align the information and offers in our newsletter with the individual interests of the recipient.
Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to make our content graphically consistent and visually appealing across various browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Webfonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to prevent multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts, or prohibits access, the content will be displayed in a standard font.
Embedded YouTube videos (advanced privacy mode)
We also include videos stored on YouTube directly on some of our websites. With this integration, contents of the YouTube website are displayed in some areas of a browser window. However, the YouTube videos are only accessed by clicking on them.
The inclusion of YouTube content is only in "advanced privacy mode". YouTube provides this themselves and ensures that YouTube does not initially store cookies on your device.
Once you start playing an embedded video by clicking on it, the enhanced privacy mode on your device will only save cookies to YouTube that do not contain personally identifiable information unless you are currently signed into a Google service. These cookies can be prevented by appropriate browser settings and extensions.
